Job requirements for a position in an HR Outsourcing Company:
- Masters Degree preferred
- 6-8 years of total work experience in a fast paced Recruiting and or Administrative Support environment, with proven success in a Centralized model delivering Customer supporting either at a large organization or Talent Search firm
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodology, industry standards & various sources
- Project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures
- Excellent knowledge of methodologies of Talent Acquisition and Operational effectiveness
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Strong people management experience, preferably with previous experience of managing a geographically dispersed team
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and labor laws
- Expert people management skills
- Ability to drive change and implement new strategies.
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
