Job requirements for a position in an HR Outsourcing Company:

  • Masters Degree preferred
  • 6-8 years of total work experience in a fast paced Recruiting and or Administrative Support environment, with proven success in a Centralized model delivering Customer supporting either at a large organization or Talent Search firm
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodology, industry standards & various sources
  • Project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures
  • Excellent knowledge of methodologies of Talent Acquisition and Operational effectiveness
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Strong people management experience, preferably with previous experience of managing a geographically dispersed team
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and labor laws
  • Expert people management skills
  • Ability to drive change and implement new strategies.
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
